Optimal design to achieve optimal part-load operation characteristic and reduce the annual operation expenses as well. The cooling units are in operation under part load operation condition.
As the operating efficiency of different loads for each compressor varies,  the control center may automatically select the optimal unloading scheme based on the load conditions to achieve the highest operating efficiency of the whole unit so as to obtain the optimal IPLVs.

High-efficient heat exchanger
The efficient heat-exchanging tubes, with the function of double-sided intensive heat exchange, are adopted for both the evaporators and condensers. Besides, the flooded units are equipped with secondary oil separators; and then the oil enter

the heat exchanger will be no more than 0.05%, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency of such heat exchanger. On the premise of meeting the efficient operation, the size and weight of units and charging quantity of refrigerants and lubricating oil can be controlled well.

Configure independent cooling system for each compressor
Each compressor configures the independent cooling systems, which can be operated independently so as to increase the operational reliability of units.
In-factory commissioning

All units, before leaving the factory, have passed the operation tests under actual operation conditions so as to ensure the performance and reliability of such units.
