Vodafone is a multinational mobile phone operator, headquartered in Newbury, Berkshire, England and Dusseldorf, German. It is one of the world’s largest mobile communications operators, with own networks in 26 countries and partner networks in 31 additional countries.
Vodafone has the world’s most comprehensive enterprise information management system and customer service system, greatly advantaged in increasing new customer, providing service and creating value. Vodafone’s global strategy covers voice, data and Internet access services, as well as offers satisfactory service to the customers. Vodafone Group has over 100,000 employees worldwide.
By December 31, 2009, Vodafone has about 333 million users worldwide. Vodafone was listed on London Stock Exchange (Code VOD.L) and the New York Stock Exchange (Code VOD) under the name of Vodafone Group.
Vodafone is the British mobile communications giant, one of the world’s largest mobile communications operators. It was formerly a department of British Lakaoer Electronics Company specializing in mobile phone and became Vodafone telecommunication company in 1985.
